Too funny. Thanks! I needed a good laugh today.

gah! My eyes indeed. Good laughs, thanks.

I don't know what's worse, the GIANT YARN with the GIANT CABLE up the front, or the "swancho" as shown by youknitwhat...

oh my!

The gigantic cable only looks good on people who are severely underweight, and want to convince their psychiatrist they are eating 10 Twinkies per day.

This knitting with baseball bats has got to stop.

LOL, very funny :)
I must say I would be tempted to knit the big cable one for somebody very skinny, but wear it? All the others are so hideouos that its frightening, but then so is most of the stuff if one opens a new knitting magazine. I wonder why!!

It is funny to look at patterns and wonder what the hell the designer was thinking. And worse yet, the person who approved of it appearing in the magazine.

Alot of people out there with poor taste!

Thanks for your comment on my ribby. I posted this on the KAL site, but in the event you dont check back for answer on my collar, here it is:

Leisel - I knit the mock turtle version 5" long, folded it in half and sewed it down. That is it.

As for colour combo, I knit the first half (the outer part) in Ice, and the other half (the inner part) in purple.

It is double thick and two colours.

Hope this helps.

have a great day.

What were these people thinking????

I can see the movie now..."The Cable That Ate Manhattan!"

snorting with laughter here!

LOL! Thanks! :)

*giggles* thanks for that!

This is too funny Leisel!

OMG too funny, great post! I'll never understand why people would want to punish all those who look at them wearing these monstrosities.

Hi Leisel! Love this post...I laughed so hard. Especially at the one armed sweater. Egads...why?????

It's good to be back. Thanks for checking in on my blog!
