Cute Sock!

Joanna

Hi Leisel,

Thanks for the comment .... The sock color is Beryl .... And came from The Fold. Check older post for the link! Now STR yarn comes in double size skeins, (100g) so you shouldn't have the dye lot problem I had. They are different colors.

Joans toe came from: <" ">http://www.socknitters.com/lessons/toes.htm"> top of page.

The directions should read:
For 5 DP needles (Ndl 1 is the center of the heel):
Needle 1: knit to 3 stitches from end of needle, knit 2 tog. knit 1.
Needle 2: knit 1, ssk, knit to end of needle 2
Needle 3: knit to 3 stitches from end of needle, knit 2 tog. knit 1.
Needle 4: knit 1, ssk, knit to end of needle.

IN essence, the decreases are 1 stitch in from the end of the needles, (but not in the center) ... I think the site directions are off.

Joanna, visit again, your site is nice!

Cass

Whoa! Sounds like we are having similar sock adventures, LOL! It's my first pair that make me crazy, too. But I just can't bring myself to off-load them.
